Abstract

1. Dispositivo de fijación de cercos de puertas, ventanas y similares, que habiéndose diseñado para el montaje directo de puertas y/o ventana sobre el precerco puesto en obra en el hueco correspondiente, y constituyéndose mediante la asociación funcional de tres piezas fundamentales, una de las cuales constitutiva del propio cerco, otra constituyendo una pieza corredera dispuesta entre la cara interna del aludido cerco y la cara externa del precerco, en tanto que la tercera la constituye un tornillo asociado a un casquillo alojado mediante rosca en la pieza corredera, quedando retenido entre ésta y el cerco, de modo que el tornillo pasante a través de tal casquillo rosca en el precerco para realizar así la fijación del cerco, pieza corredera y precerco, todo ello en orden a orden regular la distancia entre el cerco y el precerco, esencialmente caracterizado porque el tornillo presenta su tramo liso alojado en el casquillo, definiendo tal tramo liso una cabeza ensanchada con su extremo afectado de un orificio ciego para la introducción de una herramienta adecuada mediante la que se efectuará el giro en uno u otro sentido de tal tornillo; con la particularidad de que tal cabeza ensanchada del tornillo queda alojado en el casquillo y retenida en éste para poder girar respecto del mismo, pero imposibilita de desplazamiento axial; habiéndose previsto que el aludido casquillo presente un tramo inferior roscado que queda alojado roscadamente en la pieza corredera, a cuyo tramo roscado le sigue un tramo liso que queda alojado en el cerco, presentando tal tramo liso un ensanchamiento tronco-cónico invertido hacia su extremo de cabeza para imposibilitar su salida respecto de tal cerco; de tal modo que el referido casquillo solidariza entre sí al cerco y pieza corredera, adosándoles, en tanto que el giro de tornillo en uno u otro sentido produce la aproximación y/o separación de tal bloque cerco-pieza corredera respecto del precerco. 2.
