Abstract

1.Dispositivo conmutador para motores de miniatura, comprendiendo segmentos conmutadores, teniendo partes conmutadoras en forma de arco y partes terminales sobresaliendo sobre dichas partes de conmutador, estando montados dichos segmentos de conmutador, estando montados dichos segmentos de conmutador sobre un cilindro aislante y estando plegadas dichas partes terminales para sostener alambres conductores de arrollamientos de inducido, caracterizado porque una porción de cuello, teniendo un área de sección transversal menor que el área de sección transversal de otra porción de dicha parte terminal, se dispone sobre dicha parte terminal y se procuran medios para unir fácilmente dicho alambre conductor sobre la citada porción del cuello para permitir que dicha parte terminal se pliegue en dicha porción de cuello para sostener el alambre conductor y para permitir que dicha parte terminal y dicho alambre conductor se unan fundiéndose mediante soldadura de resistencia. 2.Dispositivo conmutador según se expone en la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque se disponen crestas lineales en la dirección longitudinal de dicha parte terminal como medio para unir fácilmente dicho alambre conductor en citada porción de cuello. 3.Dispositivo conmutador según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque se disponen crestas lineales oblicuamente en la dirección longitudinal de dica parte terminal como medio para unir fácilmente el citado alambre conductor en dicha porción de cuello. 4. Dispositivo conmutador según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque se dispone de una gran cantidad de botones de dicha parte terminal como medio para unir fácilmente el citado alambre conductor y dicha porción de cuello. 5.Dispositivo conmutador según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque se deposita una capa de metal de bajo punto de fusión sobre dicha superficie terminal como medio para unir fácilmente el citado alambre conductor y dicha porción del cuello. 6.Dispositivo conmutador según la reivindicación2, caracterizado porque se disponen crestas lineales en la dirección longitudinal de dicha parte terminal, en combinación con una capa de metal de bajo punto de fusión, depositada sobe dicha parte terminal como medio para unir fácilmente dicho alambre conductor en la citada parte terminal. 7.Dispositivo conmutador según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque se disponen crestas lineales oblicuamente en la dirección longitudinal de dicha parte terminal en combinación con una capa de metal de bajo punto de fusión depositada sobre dicha parte terminal como medio para unir fácilmente el citado alambre conductor en la mencionada parte terminal. 8.Dispositivo conmutador según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque se procura una gran cantidad de botones sobre la citada parte terminal, en combinación con una capa de metal de bajo punto de fusión, depositada sobre dicho alambre conductor en la citada parte terminal. 9. Dispositivo conmutador para motores de miniatura.
