Una nueva cinta plástica inextensible y flexible, que se caracteriza esencialmente por presentar en su interior como alma soporte una cinta resistente, flexible e inextensible, de cualquier material apropiado, la cual presenta múltiples perforaciones de cualquier forma, dimensiones y distribución, estando la misma totalmente recubierta de material plástico, termoestable o termoplástico, el cual a través de las referidas perforaciones queda completamente adherido y soldado, formando un solo cuerpo inseparable sin posibilidad de desprendimiento de la cobertura y con las propiedades de ser inextensible y flexible.
