Abstract

1.Un estratificado para utilización en prendas de uso, caracterizado por: (a) una hoja o banda fibrosa; (b) una hoja o banda de espuma de resina sintética unida a dicha hoja fibrosa sin tejer para formar un prelaminado; (c) la superficie expuesta de dicha hoja fibrosa sin tejer está cardada para formar la superficie interna de la prenda hecha a partir de ella; (d) una hoja o banda de película de resina adherida a la superficie de espuma expuesta de dicho prelaminado o preestratificado; y (e) porque la superficie expuesta de dicha hoja de película está crepada. 2.El estratificado de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque (a) dicha superficie crepada de la película tiene un dibujo estampado superpuesto a la misma. 3.El estratificado de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque (a) dicha hoja fibrosa es poliéster sin tejer. 4.El estratificado de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque (a) dicha espuma de resina sintética es poliuretano. 5.El estratificado de la reivindicación 1,caracterizado además porque dicha película es de poli(cloruro de vinilo). 6.El estratificado de la reivindicación 3, caracterizado además porque (a) dicha hoja de poliéster sin tejer tiene un peso en la gama entre 90 y 160 gr/m2. 7.El estratificado de la reivindicación 6, caracterizado además porque (a) dicha hoja de poliéster sin tejer tiene un peso de 110 gr/m2. 8.El estratificado de la reivindicación 4, caracterizado además porque (a) dicha hoja de poliuretano tiene un espesor en la gama de entre 2,5 mm y 0,75 mm. 9.El estratificado de la reivindicación 8, caracterizado además porque (a) el espesor de dicha hoja de poliuretano es de 0,75 mm. 10.El estratificado de la reivindicación 6, caracterizado además porque (a) dicha película de poli(cloruro de vinilo) tiene un espesor dentro de la gama de 0,05 a 0,5 mm. 11.El estratificado de la reivindicación 10, caracterizado además porque (a) dicha película de poli(cloruro de vinilo) tiene un espesor de 0,15 mm. 12.El estratificado dela reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque (a) dicho prelaminado se une entre sí por punzonado de agujas con una densidad de penetración en la gama entre 30 y 300 penetraciones por cm2. 13.El estratificado de la reivindicación 12, caracterizado además porque (a) dicha densidad de penetración es de 85 penetraciones por cm2. 14.El estratificado de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque (a) dicho prelaminado o preestratificado se une entre sí por punzonado de agujas con una profundidad de penetración en la gama entre 5 y 23 mm, aproximadamente. 15.El estratificado de la reivindicación 14, caracterizada además porque (a) dicha profundidad de penetración es de 7,5 a 10 mm (dos púas). 16.Un estratificado para utilización en prendas de uso.
