Abstract

1. Aparato para preparar infusiones, en particular de café, que consta de una cubeta y un cartucho filtrante recambiable provisto de filtros en tejido de celulosa, ajustándo dicho cartucho en la cubeta y presentando éstos partes que cooperan para proporcionar estanqueidad, cuando el cartucho se coloca en la cubeta y se vierte agua, caracterizado porque tales partes cooperantes presentan un dimensionado tal que el cartucho filtrante apoye libremente en la cubeta, sin efecto de acuñamiento mutuo, y se logre la estanqueidad por medio de las fuerzas capilares que tienen lugar durante la infusión en el espacio entre dichas partes cooperantes. 2. Aparato para preparar infusiones, en particular de café, según la reivindicación primera, caracterizado porque el cartucho filtrante presenta un cuerpo axialmente simétrico, y las partes de la cubeta y del cartucho que cooperan para proporcionar estanqueidad presentan una conicidad sustancialmente igual axialmente simétrica entre 0 y 45 grados, oscilando la longitud de dichas partes entre 0,5 y 3 cm. 3. Aparato para preparar infusiones, en particular de café, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado por que dicha conicidad oscila entre 1 y 10 grados, y las partes que cooperan para proporcionar la estanqueidad tienen una longitud de 1 a 2 cm. 4. Aparato para preparar infusiones, en particular de café, según una de las reivindicaciones 2 ó 3, caracterizado porque el cartucho filtrante está provisto de un reborde circunferencialmente proyectado, el cual, cuando se introduce el cartucho filtrante en la cubeta, apoya libremente en un escalón interior circunferencial de esa última. 5. Aparato para preparar infusiones, en particular de café, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el espacio capilar existente entre las partes cooperantes del cartucho filtrante y de la cubeta para proporcionar estanqueidad es de 0,25 a 0,75 mm. 6. Aparato para preparar infusiones, en particular de café, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 2 a 5, caracterizado porque la cubeta es de metal mientras que el cuerpo del cartucho filtrante tiene tal conformación y está realizado en tal material plástico que, en lo que se refiere al diámetro radial de la parte que proporciona la estanqueidad, puede estar realizado con una tolerancia no superior a 0.2 mm. 7.
