Abstract

1. Anzuelo perfeccionado, que constituyéndose mediante un elemento preferentemente metálico y dotado en uno de sus extremos curvado del correspondiente arpón de captura, esencialmente se caracteriza porque la configuración del elemento metálico determinativo del propio anzuelo es arqueado en toda su longitud haciendo que sus extremos tiendan a converger, habiéndose previsto que el extremo de enganche, opuesto al del arpón, defina una cabeza ensanchada y sustancialmente plana que está afectada de un orificio para el paso del correspondiente medio de enganche entre el anzuelo y la línea de amarre o de pesca, siendo tal medio de enganche en sí conocido y susceptible de estar constituido por una argolla, eslabón giratorio, gaza grapada y/o dispositivo de enganche rápido; con la particularidad de que la configuración arqueada de todo el elemento constitutivo del anzuelo sea tal que la línea natural de tiro y la línea de amarre sean coincidentes, impidiendo que el anzuelo se incline altrabajar. 2.
