Abstract
1. Afilacuchillos, del tipo que comprende un soporte y medios de afilado para afilar el filo cortante del cuchillo cuando el cuchillo se retira del soporte y/o se vuelve a colocar en el soporte, caracterizado porque comprende medios para variar de una forma selectiva la eficacia de los medios de lo afilado en el afilado del filo cortante aun hasta el grado de hacer que los medios de afilado queden inoperantes durante la retirada y/o reposición del cuchillo. 2. Afilacuchillos según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque comprende una caja con una abertura a través de la cual se hace pasar el cuchillo para clocarlo en el soporte, y porque en la caja se disponen medios para ejercer presión en el filo cortante del cuchillo en contacto con los medios de afilado durante el paso del cuchillo a través de la abertura. 3. Afilacuchillos según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque comprende medios resilientes destinados a ejercer presión en el filo cortante del cuchillo en contacto con los medios de afilado durante la colocación del cuchillo del soporte. 4. Afilacuchillos según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque los medios de afilado son rotatorios y van montados excéntricamente sobre su eje de rotación, por lo que el grado de adaptación entre el filo cortante puede variar por rotación de los medios de afilado. 5. Afilacuchillos, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque los medios de afilado son una muela que tiene un perímetro acanalado formando caras opuestas, destinadas cada una a adaptarse a una cara respectiva del cuchillo. 6. Afilacuchillos según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque comprende medios destinados a eliminar las partículas del filo cortante cuando se saca el cuchillo del soporte. 7. Afilacuchillos según la reivindicación 6, caracterizado porque los medios de eliminación de partículas comprenden un cepillo. 8. Afilacuchillos según la reivindicación 6, caracterizado porque los medios de eliminacion de partículas son magnétuicos. 9. Afilacuchillos.
