Abstract

1. Un portaescobillas para máquina eléctrica de colector rotativo, y especialmente para motor de arranque de automóvil, que tenga un colector (8) de tipo plano o frontal, con escobillas (13) montadas de forma que se desplacen dentro de alojamientos (12) del cuerpo portaescobillas (10), estando por lo menos una de ellas unida por un conductor eléctrico flexible (17) a un borne fijo (18) y caracterizado por llevar en la zona, por lo menos, una entalladura de guía (22) del conductor flexible (17), un elemento de apoyo (23) sobre el que descansa dicho conductor (17) en la zona próxima a su punto de fijación (20) en el borne fijo (18), sea cual sea la posición de la escobilla (13) en su alojamiento (12) en función a su grado de desgaste. 2. Un portaescobillas según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que el elemento de apoyo está formado por una protuberancia (23) dentro de la entalladura de guía (22) del conductor eléctrico flexible (17) que une la escobilla (13) con el borne fijo (18). 3. Unportaescobillas según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado en que la protuberancia (23) presenta una parte de sección generalmente triangular, con un borde oblicuo (24) uniendo a dos extremos de la entalladura (22) y un perfil curvado (25) en el extremo más próximo al borne (18). 4. Un portaescobillas según las reivindicaciones 2 ó 3, caracterizado en que la protuberancia (23) se consigue mediante una especial conformación de la entalladura (22) en el momento de moldear el cuerpo portaescobillas (10). 5. Un portaescobillas según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que el elemento de apoyo está constituido por una lengüeta que prolonga lateralmente una vaina (18) en la que está fijado el conductor flexible (17). 6. Un portaescobillas para máquina eléctrica de colector rotativo.
