Abstract

1. Compresa higiénica, pañal desechable o similar, con propiedades higiénicas mejoradas, caracterizada porque está constituida por un material absorbente en tira (1) con bordes autoadhesivos por una cara (3, 3¿ y 4, 4¿) sobresaliendo al menos lateralmente a lo largo de la dirección longitudinal de dicha tira, de tal modo que después de haber sido usada, la compresa puede ser plegada por el centro y a lo largo de la dirección transversal, mientras que los bordes autoadhesivos (3, 3¿ o 4, 4¿) una vez plegados 180º hacia fuera son presionados uno contra otro, de forma que la comprensa pueda ser desechada en condición cerrada. 2. Compresa higiénica, pañal desechable o similar, con propiedades higiénicas mejoradas, según la reivindicación 1, en la que dichos bordes autoadhesivos en saliente (3, 3¿ y 4, 4¿) son parte de un material en hoja impermeable (2) que está unido a dicha tira de material absorbente (1). 3. Compresa higiénica, pañal desechable o similar, con propiedades higiénicas mejoradas, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, en la que se han previsto también bordes transversales (5, 5¿), siendo dichos bordes autoadhesivos por una de sus caras y comprendiendo, después del plegado en 180º hacia fuera, bordes en saliente. 4. Compresa higiéncia, pañal desechable o similar, con propiedades higiénicas mejoradas, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-3, en la que los bordes autoadhesivos (3, 3¿y 4, 4¿) son plegados sobre dicha hoja (2) y retenidos en contacto con la misma por puntos de cola (9). 5. Compresa higiénica, pañal desechable o similar, con propiedades higiénicas mejoradas, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-4, en la que dichos bordes transversales (5-5¿) son plegados sobre los extremos de los bordes autoadhesivos (3, 3¿y 4, 4¿). 6. Compresa higiéncia, pañal desechable o similar, con propiedades higiénicas mejoradas, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1, 5, en la que los bordes autoadhesivos (3, 3¿) de unlado y (4, 4¿) del otro lado están separados uno de otro nivelados con un línea de plegado (8) por medio de una incisión (6). 7. Compresa higiénica, pañal desechable o similar, con propiedades higiénicas mejoradas, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1, 6, en la que los bordes autoadhesivos (3, 3¿, 4, 4¿ y 5, 5¿) está cubiertos con una hoja de papel de silicona (10). 8. Compresa higiénica, pañal desechable o similar, con propiedades higiénicas mejoradas.
