Abstract

1. Máquina trenzadora para la producción de cables trenzados, cables de alambres y elementos similares, en la cual se unen una pluralidad de hilos metálicos y se someten a torsión conjunta gracias al movimiento de una estructura rotativa sobre un eje, caracterizada porque dicha estructura rotativa sobre un eje, caracterizada porque dicha estructura rotativa comprende un elemento arqueado o flexible de bastidor (6) provisto de orificios o de ruedas de polea para sustentar los alambres durante la rotación, quedando fijados los extremos de tal bastidor (6) a unos pares de placas o mordazas de fijación (5) adecuadamente sustentadas en disposición rotativa y porque cada una de dichas placas de fijación (5) lleva montada por lo menos una masa equilibradora (10), apta para compensar la asimetría de la parte flexible rotativa de la máquina. 2. Máquina trenzadora según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque dicha masa (10) se encuentra montada sobre la mordaza (5) en una posición opuesta al elemento de bastidor (6) con respecto al eje geométrico de rotación (14) y compensa la componente radial (Fr) ejercida por la rotación del elemento de bastidor (6). 3. Máquina trenzadora según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque contempla una masa (10) montada sobre la mordaza, en una posición opuesta al elemento de bastidor (6), con respecto al eje geométrico de rotación (14) y dos masas iguales adicionales (12), estando situadas tales masas sobre lugares opuestos respecto al eje geométrico de rotación (14) de la máquina y en lugares opuestos de las placas de fijación y perpendicular al eje geométrico de rotación. 4. Máquina según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque está dotada de unas placas de fijación (5) que son asimétricas respecto al eje geométrico de rotación (14), existiendo una sola masa compensadora (18) montada sobre cada placa de fijación (5) sobre la parte de menor longitud. 6. Máquina trenzadora según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes,caracterizada porquecada abrazadera o mordaza de fijación está compuesta por un par de placas opuestas (5) y porque las masas compensadoras consisten en cuerpos cilíndricos cuya longitud es igual a la distancia entre un par de placas (5), perforados axialmente para ser montados entre las placas (5) por medio de unos pernos (20) o dispositivos similares. 7. Máquina trenzadora para la producción de cables trenzados, cables de alambre y elementos similares.
