Abstract

1. Recipiente para mercancía a tranel, especialmente para detergente en polvo que consta de un tronco del recipiente de sección transversal poligonal, especialmente cuadrangular, una parte de fondo, unida con el tronco, y una tapa, estando constituido tanto el tronco cuanto la parte de fondo de cartón en bruto, como cartón gris, cartón o cartón odulado, el borde superior del tronco, que recibe la tapa, está rebordeado hacia dentro y la tapa posee una parte central, sensiblemente en forma de U en la sección transversal y una parte marginal, doblada hacia afuera se puede meter a presión en la abertura del recipiente, formada por el borde superior del tronco rebordeado hacia adentro, constituyendo la parte marginal de la tapa, doblada hacia afuera, se apoya, al menos en parte, sobre el borde del tronco rebordeando hacia adentro y forma una limitación al encajado, caracterizado porque la tapa (3) formada preferentemente también de cartón en bruto está pegada a lo largo de uno de los lateralesrectos (6) del recipiente con su parte marginal (5) doblada hacia afuera sobre el tronco del recipiente (1), y está configurada con una charnela (10) en la parte marginal (5) o en la zona de transición entre la parte central en forma de U (4) y la parte marginal (5). 2. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la charnela (10) está formada, mediante una debilitación del material, tal como una línea perforada o entallada. 3. Recipiente según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque cuando presenta un borde superior del tronco curvado y una parte marginal de la tapa correspondientemente curvado,porque la charnela (10) está dispuesta sensiblemente en el vértice de la curvatura y la parte marginal (5) de la tapa (3) llega hasta el vértice de la curvatura en ambos lados de la misma que se unen en el lado de la tapa que presenta la charnela (10). 4. Recipiente según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque cuando presenta una sección transversal rectangular, el mencionado lado recto del recipiente (6) es uno de los lados menores del mismo. 5.Recipiente según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque cuando la tapa está provista en su parte marginal con una oreja de agarre, tal como en forma de porción de la parte marginal sobresaliente del tronco del recipiente la oreja de agarre (12) está dispuesta en el lado opuesto al lado de la tapa unida con el tronco del recipiente (1). 6. Recipiente según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque a modo de cierre de garantía, la tapa (3) puede estar unida con el tronco del recipiente (1) inicialmente también en la zona de los otros lados (7,8,11) del recipiente con su parte marginal (5) doblada hacia afuera mediante puntos de pegado (13) en forma de puntos o de líneas. 7. Recipiente para mercancía a granel, especialmente para detergente en polvo.
