Abstract

1. Tapón roscado de material plástico, del tipo de los que comprenden una parte configurada a modo de capuchón apta para roscarse al gollete de una botella y unida a través de una zona anular debilitada a una parte tubular de precinto destinada a ser objeto de retención por dicho gollete, dicha parte tubular estando provista interiormente de una aleta anular flexible inclinada hacia el capuchón y apta para colaborar con un resalte centrífugo del gollete a efectos de dicha retención, caracterizado porque la parte tubular del precinto dispone interiormente de una pluralidad de pestañas fleibles ligeramente divergentes con respecto a dicha parte tubular, y estando sustancialmente dispuestas en tramos de generatriz de dicha parte tubular las aristas de unión entre cada pestaña y la parte tubular, todo ello de manera que dichas pestañas flexibles sean aptas para engranar con unos resaltes de sección en forma de diente de sierra practicados en el gollete de la botella, permitiéndose el giro de laparte tubular al roscar el capuchón al gollete e impidiendo dicho giro en la operación de desenroscado. 2. Tapón según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicha parte configurada a modo de capuchón recibe la inserción de un cubretapón, compuesto por un fondo y una falda cilíndrica, comprendiendo esta falda en su parte interior unas zonas con un estriado axial y unos relieves anulares centrípetos, aptos para cooperar con otros estriados y relieves anulares centrífugos practicados en la parte a modo de capuchón, a los efectos de producir el mutuo ensamble del contratapón y dichaparte del capuchón del tapón. 3.
