Abstract

1.cierre de garantía para botellas y recipientes similares, del tipo que comprende un tapón de capuchón y una faja de garantía, preferentemente de plástico, unidos entre sí por medio de una zona de debilitación circunferencial, caracterizado porque dicha zona de debilitación circunferencial está constituido por tramos circunferenciales incisos, dispuestos desplazados según dos circunferencias a pequeñas distancias la una de la otra. 2. Cierre de garantía para botellas y recipientes similares, del tipo que comprende un tapón de capuchón inferiormente provisto de un fileteado en acoplamiento con un correspondiente fileteado previsto en el exterior del gollete de la botella, una faja de garantía , interiormente provista de ranuras axiales en diente de sierra acopladas por engatillado con resaltes axiales en diente de sierra previstos en el gollete de la botella, siendo dicho tapón y dicha faja, preferentemente, de plástico y siendo solidarios entre sí por medio de una zona de debilitación circunferencial y estando destinados a separarse en correspondencia con dicha zona en el acto de la primera apertura de la botella, caracterizados porque dicha zona de debilitamiento está constituida por tramos circunferenciales incisos, dispuestos desplazados según dos circunferencias a pequeñas distancias la una de la otra , y porque dicha faja de garantía está provista de medios de enganche, destinados a acoplarse por engatillado con contra medios de enganche, en su caso previstos en el gollete de la botella, en el acto de la primera apertura de la botella. 3.
