Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en cubas para obtener cloratos de metales alcalinos, caracterizados por comprender un departamento con paredes laterales; una entrada de electrolito en el extremo inferior de dicho departamento, y una salida de electrolito en el extremo superior del mismo; una serie de placas anódicas y catódicas alternativamente intercaladas en el interior del departamento y prolongadas a través del mismo, entre la entrada y la salida del electrolito; medios para conectar dichas placas electródicas a conexiones eléctricas adecuadas; y medios de aislamiento en las paredes laterales, interpuestos entre los bordes de las placas y entre los bordes de placas alternadas y las paredes laterales, para mantener dichas placas alternadas, física y eléctricamente separadas de las otras placas y de las paredes laterales.
