Abstract

1.Un dispositivo de empalme de tubería que comprende un conducto formado de plástico que tiene un forro de resina sintética deformable por presión, dispuesto dentro de un conducto de metal deformable por presión, teniendo dicho conducto forrado de plástico, por lo menos un extremo que define una brida saliente en forma radial hacia afuera compuesta por metal deformado del conducto metálico y plástico deformado del forro; un anillo suelto que tiene una cara generalmente plana y una cara cónica y dispuesta alrededor del conducto con la cara plana dispuesta contra la brida saliente hacia afuera del conducto metálico y la cara cónico del anillo suelto alejada de la brida metálica saliente radialmente hacia afuera y con la conicidad situada exteriormente hacia la periferia de la brida; una abrazadera partida de sección en <<V>> dispuesta alrededor del anillo suelto, teniendo dicha abrazadera en <<V>> una superficie cónica opuesta aplicable a la cara cónica del anillo suelto para forzar la bridade forro plástico contra una brida de forro opuesta que se aplica a la superficie de hermetización u obturación, caracterizado por un adhesivo hermetizante dispuesto entre el anillo suelto y la brida adyacente del tubo, estando dicho hermetizador presente en cantidad suficiente para adherir el anillo suelto a la brida del conducto y rellenar cualquier espacio que pudiera quedar definido entre el anillo suelto y la adyacente del conducto. 2.Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, en el cual el adhesivo hermetizante es un adhesivo fundible en caliente. 3.Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, en el cual el adhesivo hermetizante es una resina epoxídica. 4. Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, en el que cual el adhesivo hermetizante es eléctricamente conductor. 5.Un dispositivo según las reivindicaciones 1, 2, ó 3, en el cual el adhesivo hermetizante está provisto con un material eléctricamente conductor. 6.Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 5, en el cual el material eléctricamente conductor es un polvo metálico o partículas metálicas dispersos adhesivos hermetizante. 7.Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 5, en el cual el material eléctricamente conductor es una arandela de metal perforado o una pieza inserta de malla metálica expandida. 8.Un dispositivo de empalme de tubería.
