Abstract

Válvula de mariposa perfeccionada, del tipo que comprende un cuerpo discoidal giratorio en el interior de un segmento tubular al cual se ajusta el cuerpo discoidal cuando se encuentra en posición transversal, caracterizada esencialmente porque el segmento tubular está constituido en dos partes acopladas entre si, cada una de cuyas partes se constituye a su vez en otras dos, de las cuales una la constituye un semicarter estampado que determina un ala periférica de acoplamiento respecto al otro semicarter, una cámara de alojamiento para un retén y un ala anular por cuyo interior penetra un casquillo tubular convencional que por su extremo se ensancha y en la zona exterior ensanchada incorpora una rosca de conexión, estando el casquillo frontalmente rebajado formando un escalón al que se asienta y suelda el semicarter y un ala de posicionamiento y fijación para el retén que está constituido por un collar flexible que está afectado por dos orificios diametrales para el paso de los ejes de la mariposa.
