Abstract

Cafetera de filtro, perfeccionado, que siendo del tipo de las que cuentan con un recipiente de agua fría y una cámara de agua caliente dotada de un medio calefactor eléctrico, estando dicho recipiente de agua fría comunicado con la cámara de agua caliente a través de una válvula de retroceso y emergiendo del fondo de la citada cámara de agua caliente un tubo ascendente que desemboca en una cámara de salida superior desde la que cae por gravedad el propio agua caliente hacia un vaso filtrante, caracterizada porque la cámara de agua caliente adopta la configuración de una cazoleta cuya forma es tal que, a través de la válvula de retroceso, recoge un volumen de agua que está comprendido entre el 30% y 60% del volumen total de agua fría; habiéndose previsto que el recipiente contenedor del agua fría esté dispuesto inmediatamente encima de la cámara de agua caliente y separadas ambas por un tabique horizontal que defina el fondo del propio recipiente de agua fría, y en cuyo tabique va dispuestaprecisamente la válvula de retroceso.
