Abstract

Plegadora de chapa, esencialmente caracterizada por estar constituida mediante una plataforma fija asociada a la correspondiente bancada soporte y de longitud adecuada al tamaño máximo de chapa a plegar, en cuyas zonas extremas se instalan sendos husillos verticales montados con libertad de giro sobre correspondientes cojinetes que constituyen los medios de desplazamiento vertical para un cabezal móvil capaz de separarse de la plataforma fija para la introducción de la chapa, o de descender hacia dicha plataforma y atenazar rigidamente la chapa para el posterior plegado de la misma, a cuyo efecto el cabezal incorpora tuercas solidarias a sus extremos en las que juegan los husillos, y estos se rematan inferiormente en sendos piñones cónicos que engranan con otros asociados a un eje transversal común, accionado por un volante manual extremo, habiéndose previsto que al borde frontal de la plataforma fija se asocie articuladamente una placa plegadora de la que es solidario un maneral de accionamiento, placa que en situación de reposo resulta sensiblemente coplanaria con la plataforma fija, y que al bascular en sentido ascendente provoca el plegado de la chapa hasta el ángulo deseado.
