Abstract

Enfardadora automática de palets, que siendo del tipo de las que incorporan una plataforma giratoria, accionable por el correspondiente motorreductor, así cono con una columna provista superiormente de un pistón desplazable para dar estabilidad al palet durante su giro, sobre cuya columna se monta un carro portador de la bobina suministrador de la película plástica, que se desplaza verticalmente durante el giro de la plataforma para conseguir el arrollamiento helicoidal de la película sobre el palet, esencialmente se caracteriza porque esta provista de medios posicionadores del palet sobre la plataforma giratoria, de medios detectores de la presencia de dicho palet, de un mecanismo de amarre o enhebrado para el extremo de la película plástica y su correspondiente fijación al palet, de medios de fijación del extremo opuesto de dicha película una vez que ha concluido el proceso de enfardado, así como de un mecanismo de corte para dicha película, todo ello asistido por un circuito de control que establece automáticamente las diferentes secuencias operativas a partir de la señal recibido por el detector de presencia del palet.
