Abstract
Caudalímetro de cuerpo flotante que comprende una carcasa tubular por la que circula el elemento a medir y un cuerpo flotante movido axialmente bajo la presión de un muelle contra la carcasa que bascula a causa del caudal del fluido del elemento a medir y en condición libre dentro de la carcasa por medio de una rendija anular que lo circunda, cuyo cuerpo flotante presenta un cilindro hueco que forma un conducto de fluido de paso axial, estando formado el lugar más estrecho a lo largo del movimiento axial del cuerpo flotante por un agujero de un disco agujereado el cual tiene una pequeña sección invariable y libre, estando caracterizado el caudalímetro porque en una gama de caudales aproximadamente de 0, 1 a 5 litros/minuto, la relación entre el espesor del agujero y su diámetro no es mayor de 0, 5.
