Abstract

Parte de estructura de talón para neumáticos de vehículos, con un núcleo de talón resistente a la tracción y/o presión, que consiste sen soportes de refuerzo metálicos o en un material de resistencia semejantemente alta, además con un perfil de goma que, por lo menos predominantemente, rodea el núcleo de talón, caracterizada porque la parte de estructura de talón, ya antes de la introducción en un cuerpo en bruto del neumático, está prevulcanizada y porque la posición del núcleo de talón relativamente al perfil de goma, durante la prevulcanización, está fijada por elementos distanciadores en el perfil de goma y/o en el molde de vulcanización.
