Cilindro de vacío, caracterizado por hallarse constituido por un elemento cilíndrico hueco, provisto en su parte superior de una prolongación de mayor diámetro y forma general prismática, ventajosamente exagonal, uno de cuyos laterales se halla provisto de un orificio roscado en el que se introduce un racor que relaciona el conjunto con una central de vacío, siendo de ver en el hueco central de la base de esta lado un disco adecuadamente retenido mediante un tornillo, que presenta un orificio central que facilita el paso del eje hueco provisto de una ventosa por su extremo libre para permitir la retención de piezas: con un pequeño orificio en su parte central, mientras el otro extremo del citado eje, provisto asimismo de un disco periférico, presenta una junta interna periférica que hace tope contra un cono que se halla colocado al extremo de un cilindro que emerge de la parte interior reforzada del casquillo que cierra al cilindro principal por su parte posterior, ayudado por una junta periférica que presenta éste en su extremo.
