Horno de convección forzada, en particular para cocinas de colectividades, dotado de una cámara de cocción en la que se halla montado un motoventilador provisto de un difusor del aire, cuyo horno se caracteriza por el hecho de que el referido difusor de tipo circular (16) se dispone en posición inmediatamente adyacente al rotor del ventilador (9) y esté provisto de una serie de aletas (17) incurvadas de modo que se produzca la salida del aire hacia la cámara de cocción (5) en dirección sensiblemente radial respecto al eje del ventilador (9) y con velocidad relativamente baja.
