Abstract

Máquina cribadora perfeccionada, compuesta de una caja cribadora por lo menos con una superficie de tela metálica de cribar que está dispuesta de forma inclinada desde la entrada hasta la salida del material cribado y la que se puede impulsar de forma directa por medio de unos topes impulsores que oscilan en vaivén y que se encuentran dispuestos por debajo de la misma distribuidos por la superficie de ésta; en este caso, los topes impulsores están fijados en unas palancas dispuestas por debajo de la superficie de tela metálica de cribar y las que -unidas en grupos- parten de unas barras que, estando fijadas en el bastidor, van dirigidas transversalmente en dirección de transporte del material a cribar y poseen unas palancas que por encima de una barra de empuje común pueden ser puestas en vibración a) Cada una de las barras (4), que llevan los topes impulsores (6), se encuentra alojada en la zona de las dos partes temas por medio de unos resortes longitudinales metálicos de flexión (101) que están dirigidos a lo largo de la superficie de tela metálica de cribar (2) y los que con respecto a ésta última están dispuestos por lo menos de forma aproximada al misma nivel; en este caso, cada uno de los resortes de flexión (101) está fijado por una parte extrema en la caja cribadora y por la otra parte extrema libre en una barra (4); y porque b) Como elemento de vibración está dispuesto un vibrador electromagnético (10) que sobre la barra de empuje (8) es efectivo de forma lineal y el cual es regulable con respecto a la frecuencia como asimismo con respecto a las amplitudes.
