Abstract

Dispositivo de herraje de articulación, para asientos de vehículos automóviles con respaldo graduable en el que una parte de articulación fija asociada al asiento y una parte de articulación basculante asociada al respaldo están unidas entre sí a traves de un eje de figurada como un saliente estampado a partir de esta parte de articulación, estando previstas en las zonas de puente centrales de los dentados unas aberturas de soporte respectivas para recibir el eje de basculación y su excéntrica, caracterizado porque tanto el diámetro como el contorno de diente de la zona de dentado estampada hacia afuera son menores que el diámetro y el contorno de diente de la zona de dentado respectivamente correspondiente estampada hacia dentro, siendo la anchura de diente de la zona de dentado efectiva en cada caso mayor que el espesor del material de porción, y una primera parte de articulación presenta una corona dentada interior por la que corre una zona de rueda cilíndrica que forma una parte de un engranaje oscilante y que está acoplada con una segunda parte de articulación estando unida en una sola pieza la corona dentada interior con la parte de articulación correspondiente y estando configurada como un saliente estampado a partir de esta parte de articulación, estando previstas en las zonas de puente centrales de los dentados unas aberturas de soporte respectivas para recibir el eje de basculación y su excéntrica, caracterizado porque tanto el diámetro como el contorno de diente de la zona de dentado estampada hacia afuera son menores que el diámetro y el contorno de diente de la zona de dentado respectivamente correspondiente estampada hacia dentro, siendo la anchura de diente de la zona de dentado efectiva en cada caso mayor que el espesor del material de partida.
