Abstract

Disposición para la producción de cubitos de hielo, del tipo que comprende un evaporador de circuito frigorífico provisto de una pluralidad de pedúnculos paralelos que se extienden transversalmente al mismo, caracterizada porque comprende una placa de cielo a través de la cual se extienden hacia abajo dichos pedúnculos, y un conjunto de tubos alimentadores de agua intercalados entre dichos pedúnculos y provistos de orificios para el suministro de chorros de agua contra dicha placa de cielo.
