Abstract

Alimentador dosificador perfeccionado para cola termofusible, caracterizado porque incorpora una tolva superior asimétrica para cola en grano, una cámara inferior de presión y fusión y uniendo estos elementos un tramo intermedio de conducto vertical donde se realiza la dosificación por medio de sendas compuertas horizontales deslizantes comandadas por unos cilindros neumáticos que obturan o liberan totalmente dicho conducto dejando siempre caer un determinado volumen a la cámara inferior donde se situa un pistón movido por un cilindro neumático y un cabezal provisto de resistencias de calentamiento con unas finas ranuras paralelas de paso que obligan a una total fusión de la cola en grano todo ello relacionado con unos pasos de funcionamiento que incluyen caida de cola en grano a la cámara, empuje de ésta contra el cabezal de fusión y retorno del pistón con nueva carga del dosificador completando siempre un idéntico ciclo de funcionamiento.
