Abstract

Conjunto de un tapón irrellenable y un botella, que estando diseñado para impedir el relleno de la botella que tiene una boca abierta, incluyendo el tapón un cilindro hueco que tiene una pared lateral, un extremo receptor colocado hacia el interior de la botella y un extremo de vertido colocado hacia afuera del interior de la botella; medios para enganchar coaxialmente dicho cilindro con dicha botella; un cierre de bola de extremo abierto que tiene un eje central y una pared en forma de capa alineada coaxialmente con dicho cilindro y colocada dentro de dicho cilindro, mirando el extremo abierto hacia el extremo receptor de dicho cilindro y estando separada la pared del cierre en forma de copa de la pared lateral del cilindro mediante una pluralidad de puentes que conectan integralmente porciones de la pared del cierre con porciones de la pared del cilindro; una bola dentro de dicho cierre, teniendo dicha bola un diámetro menor que la menor dimensión espacial a través del extremo abierto dedicho cierre y reteniéndose dicha bola dentro de dicho cierre mediante un asiento de válvula que eso ne un borde marginal y una abertura central de menor que el diámetro de dicha bola, coaxialmente alineado con el extremo abierto de dicho cierre y separado de él un distancia menor que el diámetro de dicha bola y que tiene 1 borde marginal de dicho asiento de válvula en enganche hermético con una porción de la pared lateral del cilindro cerca de extremo receptor de dicho cilindro y reteniendo por dicha bola en dicho cierre, asentándose dicha bola sobre abertura del asiento de válvula cuando la botella está vertical e impidiendo la introducción de líquido en el interior de la botella a través del tapón.
