Abstract

Dosificador volumétrico de café en grano, que comprende un cuerpo, preferiblemente en forma de paralelepipedo (1), aplicable a cualquier molinillo o máquina para moler café, entre el recipiente (2) en el que se carga el café que se trata de moler y el cuerpo de dicho molinillo de café, caracterizado por el hecho de que dentro del cuerpo paralelepipédico (1), se ha dispuesto un cuerpo cilíndrico rotativo (4) dotado de una cavidad (5) abierta hacia su superficie lateral, cuerpo que puede hacerse rodar sobre su propio eje horizontal en una rotación de 180º, para pasar de la posición en la que la abertura de la cavidad (5) está vuelta hacia arriba, para permitir la carga en dicha cavidad, directamente por el recipiente (2), de los granos de café que se trata de dosificar, a la posición en la que la cavidad (5) queda vuelta hacia abajo, lo cual permite descargar en la zona de moltura (8) del molinillo la dosis de café preestablecida, que es completamente molida y descargada, evitándose asir todaretención o estancamiento de café molido, que además de pérdida de fragancia para los café sucesivos, puede causar el atasco en el trabajo de moltura de dicho molinillo.
