Abstract

Envoltura tubular para productos con alto contenido en agua, del tipo de las constituidas por varias capas, concretamente una capa portadora a base de celulosa, a cuya cara interna se adapta una capa barrera esencialmente impermeable a los gases, esencialmente caracterizada porque a la cara externa de la citada capa portadora se fija una capa o lámina de recubrimiento, a base de monolaurato de glicerol, el cual participa en dicha capa al menos en una porción de 50mg/m2.
