Abstract

Un dispositivo de embalaje de cubierta de neumático que tiene un eje de rotación y que comprende (a) una cubierta que tiene un par de partes de talón anulares, teniendo cada una de dichas partes de talón una superficie radialmente interna de anchura axial predeterminada que está orientada bajo un ángulo predeterminado con respecto a dicho eje, comprendiendo además cada una de dichas partes de talón una superficie axialmente externa que se extiende en una dirección generalmente radial, intersecándose entre sí en el diámetro de arista de las partes de talón unos salientes de las superficies radialmente interna y axialmente externa; (b)_un par de protectores de talón de plástico anulares caracterizados porque cada uno de dichos protectores de talón está situado junto a una parte de talón de dicha cubierta, comprendiendo cada uno de dichos protectores de talón un asiento de talón anular con una pestaña que se extiende en general radialmente, situada en el extremo axialmente más externo del asiento de talón con respecto a dicho embalaje de cubierta, teniendo el asiento de talón de cada protector de talón una superficie radialmente externa que se encuentra junto a la superficie radialmente interna de una parte de talón de dicha cubierta teniendo la pestaña una superficie axialmente interna que se encuentra junto a la superficie axialmente externa de la parte de talón de la cubierta, estando. orientada la superficie radialmente externa del asiento de talón de cada protector de talón bajo sustancialmente el mismo ángulo con respecto a dicho eje que las superficies radialmente internas de las partes de talón de dicha cubierta, intersecándose entre si unos salientes de las superficies axialmente externas de dichos asientos de talón y de dichas superficies axialmente internas de dichas pestañas con un diámetro de arista que es menor que el diámetro de de las partes de talón de dicha cubierta; y (e) una pluralidad de miembros tensor es elásticos que ejercen dirigida axialmente hacia adentro sobre cada uno de dichos protectores de talón.
