Abstract

Rácor monobloque, para la conexión estanca de tubos lisos a uniones fileteadas y aparatos hidráulicos, tubos y similares, caracterizado porque comprende un cuerpo de estanqueidad anular, apretable, mediante un casquillo fileteado por un extremo roscado sobre dicha unión, en sentido radial contra la superficie externa de dicho tubo y en sentido axial contra el borde terminal de dicha unión poseyendo dicho cuerpo de estanqueidad una porción externa de material elastomérico y un alma metálica interna estrechamente solidarios entre sí, extendiéndose dicha porción externa por un extremo más allá del término de dicha alma interna y presentando una superficie cónica convergente hacia dicho extremo, exteriormente a dicho tubo, presentado en el extremo opuesto dicha alma interna un diámetro inferior al de dicho tubo y presentando dicha porción externa en dicha zona un tramo de mayor espesor, apto para apoyarse contra dicho borde terminal de dicha unión fileteada, presentando dicha alma interna, en su extremo terminal antes del extremo de dicha porción externa, un abocardado con superficie terminal cónica opuesta a la de la porción externa.
