Abstract

Junta de vástago o émbolo que comprende un anillo de junta con una escotadura circular, situada en un espacio de montaje y que presenta un labio de junta sobresaliente axialmente en dirección del medio hermetizado, con un borde de junta que ajusta con la parte de máquina dotada de movimiento relativo, y que es de poliuretano, así como un anillo de presión, colocado en la escotadura, de material que cede elásticamente, el cual presenta una sección transversal adaptada al perfil de la escotadura, así como una dureza menor que el anillo de junta, caracterizada porque la escotadura del anillo de junta está abierto radialmente en dirección del espacio de montaje en toda su extensión axial, porque el labio de junta presenta en el plano radial del borde de junta una extensión en dirección radial que es de 0, 2 a 0, 3 veces mayor que la extensión radial del espacio de montaje y, porque el anillo de presión presenta antes del montaje en el plano radial del borde de junta su máxima extensión radial.
