Envase con bolsa autogeneradora de anhidrido carbónico, del tipo de los que son aptos para dispensar un producto contenido en su interior y están dotados de una báscula apta para regular la comunicación entre el interior y el exterior del envase, caracterizado por comprender en su interior una bolsa hinchable cerrada herméticamente que contiene: a) un tubo rompible, en cuyo interior se halla ácido cítrico b) un estuche de material atacable por o soluble en ácido cítrico y que contiene bicarbonato sódico; c) una pluralidad de celdas ocupadas por ácido cítrico y aptas para abrirse secuencialmente a medida que aumenta el volumen de la bolsa.
