Abstract

Dispositivo para el grabado en caliente de marcas sobre superficies, esencialmente planas, en materias localmente deformables por efecto de una aportación de calor y bajo una fuerza mecánica manual, caracterizado porque incluye una caja (1), abierta en su parte anterior, en donde está rodeada por un cuadro (1) y que aloja en su interior un dispositivo regulable de calentamiento (27), montado en esta caja de manera longitudinalmente deslizante y contra la acción de un muelle (24) un grupo de grabado (17), cuya cabeza (3) de grabado puede ser calentada por la resistencia (20) de un dispositivo de calentamiento, soportando dicho grupo (17), en su parte anterior, una plaqueta (21) en donde van insertados unos elementos de marcado (22), intercambiables, constituidos por caracteres alfabéticos y/o números, y que van insertados en un asiento que tiene medios longitudinales de guía, pudiendo este grupo de grabado efectuar el recorrido alternativo entre dos posiciones limitadas: una posición de reposo, en la que el grupo se encuentra en retroceso en el interior de la caja, y una posición de trabajo en la que los elementos de marcado (22) sobresalen más allá del marco (1c), pudiéndose regular la carrera del punzón (17), con ayuda de una conexión de tornillo micrométrico, entre el vástago (10) y su empujador de accionamiento (6).
