Dispositivo de retención del respaldo posterior que comprende un contenedor en forma de caja de material polimerico provisto de una abertura frontal, en el cual está contenida una palanca oscilable, con un cuerpo lobulado que lleva, substancialmente alineado con el eje de oscilación de la palanca, un asiento semicircular destinado a recibir con engatillado el extremo de un perno fijo de enganche; siendo dicho perno solicitado a la expulsión por el extremo perfilado de un muelle en forma de horquilla que es cargado por el perno en el acto de la maniobra de enganche cuando el asiento de la palanca es solicitado a acoplarse con el perno.
