OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

La presente invención se refiere a una prenda protectora destinada a proteger la cabeza de un deportista y aumentar el impulso al cabecear un balón, que se engloba en el campo de prendas de protección para deportistas, especialmente en deportes de contacto que requieren además cabecear un balón con frecuentes impactos en el cráneo. Más en particular, la prenda protectora que describe la presente invención además de proteger al deportista de dichos potenciales impactos y colisiones con otros jugadores, mediante una porción frontal que comprende una capa exterior dotada de un material elástico o viscoelástico permite la deformación elástica de dicha capa exterior restituyendo así la energía del impacto al balón, de manera que no disminuye o incluso aumenta el impulso del balón al ser cabeceado por el deportista. Asimismo, la prenda protectora puede disponer de medios para grabar en primera persona lo que el deportista visualiza en cada momento, así como medios para detectar parámetros de salud, donde dichos medios están operativamente comunicados con dispositivos externos, siendo por consiguiente, apta para ser utilizada en cualquier tipo de deporte. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

En deportes de contacto físico y constantes remates de cabeza, como por ejemplo el fútbol, está demostrado científicamente que los deportistas presentan pérdidas de memoria, daños cognitivos o incluso cerebrales. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

La presente invención pretende solucionar alguno de los problemas mencionados en el estado de la técnica. Más en concreto, la presente invención describe una prenda protectora destinada a proteger la cabeza de un deportista, que comprende una banda anular configurada para rodear la cabeza del deportista desde una porción frontal que cubre la frente del deportista hasta una porción trasera que cubre una porción trasera del cráneo, donde la porción frontal comprende, al menos, una capa exterior o una capa interior dotada de un material elástico o viscoelástico adaptado para deformarse bajo el impacto con un balón, permitiendo así reducir la deformación de dicho balón durante un cabezazo. De esta manera dichos elementos técnicos pueden ser operativamente comunicados con una placa o elemento de control provista además de antenas de conexión 4G o 5G, así como otro tipo de conexiones conocidas como WIFI, BLUETOOTH, con el objeto de monitorizar al deportista para medir frecuencia cardiaca, tensión, así como visualizar los movimientos en tiempo real en primera persona y comunicar dichos datos a dispositivos externos. A continuación se describe con la ayuda de las figuras 1-3, cuatro realizaciones preferentes de una prenda protectora destinada a proteger la cabeza de un deportista y aumentar el impulso al cabecear un balón, de acuerdo con la presente invención. Protective garment (1) intended to protect the head of an athlete, comprising an annular band (2) configured to surround the athlete's head from a front portion (3) covering the athlete's forehead to a rear portion (4) covering a rear portion of the skull, wherein said protective garment is characterized in that the front portion (3) comprises at least one outer layer (9) or an inner layer (10) provided with an elastic or viscoelastic material adapted to deform under impact with a ball, thus allowing to reduce the deformation of said ball during a header.

2. - The protective garment (1) of claim 1, further comprising an upper portion (5) attached to the annular band (2) wherein said upper portion (5) is provided with at least one tape (6) adapted to protect the parietal area of the skull.

3. - The protective garment (1) of claim 2, wherein the upper portion (5) comprises an open housing (11) comprising a video camera connected to a battery powering said video camera.

4. - The protective garment (1) of claim 1, wherein the front portion (3) comprises an open housing (11) comprising a video camera connected to a battery powering said video camera.

5. - The protective garment (1) of claim 1, wherein the upper portion (5) comprises a mesh configuration provided with cells (7) attached to the plurality of straps (6), such that when heading the ball the impact is distributed through said cells (7).

6. The protective garment (1) of claim 1, wherein the band (2) is provided with a plurality of protuberances (8) configured to increase contact with the ball and also allowing to add spin to the ball after heading.

7. - The protective garment (1) of claim 1, wherein the front portion (3) of the band (2) has a greater outer surface than the rear portion (4), to increase the contact surface and friction with the ball when heading.

8. - The protective garment (1) of claim 1, wherein the band (2) is sized to have a relative flexibility substantially equal to that of the ball at the moment of impact, such that a modal form of circumferential bending is excited in the protective garment (1) that allows elastic deformation of the material of the outer layer (9) thus returning the impact energy to the ball.

9. The protective garment (1) of claim 1, wherein the inner layer (10) comprises a material of greater rigidity than the elastic or viscoelastic material of the outer layer (9).

10. - The protective garment (1) of claim 1, wherein the outer layer (9) is provided with a material of greater rigidity than the elastic or viscoelastic material of the outer layer (10).

11. - The protective garment (1) of claim 1, wherein the annular band (2) comprises at least a third housing (14) which in turn comprises a heart rate monitor, means for measuring vital signs, a GPS, a microphone, and/or an accelerometer.
