Abstract
Dispositivo para la sujeción y manipulación de artículos, preferentemente artículos en forma de sector cilíndrico por lo general, tales como trozos de pastel, que comprende dos piezas de hoja cortante (1, 2) y una empuñadura (3) situada en uno de los extremos de las mismas, estando dichas piezas (1, 2) conectadas la una, a la otra de forma, articulada por medio de una bisagra (4) situada en aquel extremo de las aludidas piezas opuesto a la empuñadura (3) para permitir la sujeción del artículo en cuestión entre las dos, que se caracteriza esencialmente por el hecho de que las piezas de hoja cortante (1, 2) pueden pivotar la una en dirección hacia a otra sin obstrucción alguna por parte de la empuñadura otros componentes del dispositivo hasta una posición en la que tales piezas quedan en estrecha proximidad la una con respecto a la otra, en una disposición substancialmente paralela que las permite actuar conjuntamente de modo tal que las mismas obren como una hoja de corte única.
