Abstract

Máquina para el corte, el moldeo y el envasado de carne, pescado y V productos afines, caracterizada por el hecho de que comprende un dispositivo para alimentar verticalmente el producto hacia abajo, un dispositivo de corte alimentado por dicho dispositivo de alimentación que corta porciones de un espesor constante del producto, un dispositivo compresor en compacidad de dichas porciones de producto dándole una densidad constante y confiriéndoles una forma parcialmente cilíndrica, un dispositivo recortador que corta dichas porciones comprimidas del producto transformándolas en tajadas de dimensiones preestablecidas y las transfiere hasta el interior de los envases vacíos, un dispositivo rotativo horizontalmente que hace pasar los envases vacíos bajo dicho dispositivo de recorte y que simultáneamente desplaza, alejándolos, los envases llenos.
