Abstract

Máquina empaquetadora, para embalaje y cerrado por termosoldadura de envases, empleando al menos una capa de material termomoldeable, dotada de dispositivos para portar el material termomoldeable, preferentemente suministrado en rollo; medios para termosoldar las uniones de dicho material en el contorno del envase, o sobre si mismo encerrando al producto y elementos calefactores que suministran el calar necesario para termomoldear el material; caracterizada porque consta de: a) un cuerpo-base que define dos cámaras independientes, una cámara de trabajo para termomoldeado y cierre termosoldado de los envases, y una cámara de calentamiento, en la que se ubican los dispositivos productores/suministradores de calor a la cámara de trabajo, para termomoldear el material, b) un plafón dispuesto sobre la cámara de trabajo, con medios para su regulación autocentrada en ella; medios para facilitar su apertura/cierre y medios para el cierre termosoldado de los envases dispuestos en dicha cámara de trabajo, 3c) medios para conectar/desconectar los dispositivos suministradores de calor, en función de la posición de apertura o cierre del plafón, manteniendo en funcionamiento los dispositivos productores de calor.
