Abstract

Aparato limpiador vibratorio, caracterizado por hallarse constituido por una cubeta de doble carcasa concéntrica, ubicada sobre un mecanismo vibratorio convencional, estando llena la parte interior de las dos carcasas así como la zona intermedia, hasta una altura predeterminada, de líquido limpiador y teniendo el fondo de la carcasa interior separado del fondo de la exterior a una cierta altura, presentando la superficie del fondo interior totalmente agujereada y provista de un abombamiento, con la concavidad hacia abajo, realizándose la entrada de piezas en el interior, bien a granel cayendo desde la boca superior o adecuadamente direccionada gracias a la existencia de una rampa en la pared interior de la carcasa interna, que obliga a las piezas a entrar en el baño, saliendo al exterior de dicha carcasa y ascendiendo por la pared de la misma, hasta pasar por una segunda zona en donde son rociadas por líquido totalmente limpio, procedente del circuito general de limpieza del aparato, líquido que posteriormente caerá al interior de la vasija principal, previéndose además a la altura que se considere, un rebosadero por el que saldrá el líquido sobrante, que se dirigirá a los elementos auxiliares de limpieza del conjunto.
