Abstract

Freno de disco, del tipo que incorpora una horquilla soportada deslizantemente sobre un soporte fijo, al menos un elemento de fricción y un dispositivo de accionamiento con ajuste automático del huelgo resultante del desgaste de las pastillas de fricción, caracterizado porque comprende un pistón hueco que define una cavidad interior con un fondo; una barra roscada para el freno de mano que se introduce en la cavidad del pistón; un manguito roscado acoplado sobre la barra roscada y móvil con el pistón durante el funcionamiento de este último, cuyo manguito incorpora una superficie de apoyo frontal anular; un muelle helicoidal que forma un embrague unidireccional unido al manguito roscado y que lo permite girar con relación a la barra roscada y al pistón solamente en la dirección correspondiente al desplazamiento del manguito hacia el fondo del pistón; y un componente de apoyo ó componente de cojinete tubular interpuesto entre la superficie de apoyo frontal del manguito y el fondo del pistón,en el que se aloja, siéndo cilindrico el componente de apoyo tubular e incorporando una parte extrema, introducida en el fondo del pistón y una parte que se proyecta en la cavidad del pistón, montándose el muelle-embrague sobre esta parte saliente e incorporando un brazo extremo unido al manguito.
