Abstract

Una hoja compuesta que comprende una pluralidad. de bolsas separadas formadas a partir de un par, de hojas superpuestas primera y segunda pegadas juntas herméticamente para definir.un receptáculo en cada bolsa que contiene un compuesto químico emanador de gas que es reactivo con la humedad para proporcionar una atmósfera de, gas preservador en un recipiente cerrado para transportar substancias alimenticias, siendo cada un de las citadas hojas primera y segunda adecuadamente porosa y permeable para permitir la entrada de una cantidad limitada de humedad y la salida de una cantidad limitada del citado gas preservador a través de ellas; estando dicha hoja caracterizada por unos medios de perforación formados a través de al menos la citada primera hoja y en al menos algunas de las citadas bolsas para permitir la entrada en una cantidad incrementada de humedad en ella superior a la cantidad de entrada de humedad permitida en las otras bolsas para variar y controlar selectivamente la tasa de emanación combinada del citado gas preservador a través de la citada prime ra hoja para adaptar precisamente la citada hoja compuesta y las bolsas para una particular aplicación de transporte.
