Abstract

Dispositivo de seguridad perfeccionado para control de temperatura, caracterizado esencialmente por el hecho de comprender un muelle único de contacto (1), a través del cual circula la corriente eléctrica, cuyo muelle (1) se encuentra aplicado contra un contacto fijo (6) adosado aun contacto fijo (7) de un termostato en el cual se encuentra integrado el dispositivo: porque el contacto entre el muelle (1) y el contacto fijo (6) se efectúa por la presión del referido muelle (1), que es empujado pro un vástago (4) de material aislante, que se encuentra asentado sobre una pastilla fundente (2) cuya zona de presión está en voladizo y sus puntos de fijación situados en una brida (3) en contacto con un bimetal (6) o con un remache (9), y porque la pastilla fundente capta la temperatura a través de la brida (3), de manera que cuando ésta excede de un determinado valor, se produce la fusión de la pastilla, con lo cual el empujador cede en su posición por efecto de la presión del muelle (1), que a suvez se separa del contacto fijo (6), cesando el paso de la corriente eléctrica y en consecuencia la fuente de calor, manteniéndose el circuito permanentemente abierto.
