Dispositivo de sujeción de un motor eléctrico en una caja, comprendiendo este motor una jaula o armazón (12) de soporte del estator y de guiado del árbol (14) del motor, comprendiendo la caja (24) unos medios (30, 34) de centrado y de tope que cooperan con la jaula (12) para el posicionamiento del motor (10) en la caja (24), comprendiendo una pared de la caja un orificio (40) de paso de un conector (42) adecuado para acoplarse sobre dos terminales (50) de alimentación eléctrica del motor, que están fijados sobre la jaula (12), caracterizado porque el conector (42) comprende una patilla (56) en saliente adecuada para ser recibida en una muesca (58) de una parte de la jaula (12) del motor y que forma, cuando el conector (42) está acoplado en los terminales (50) a través del orificio (40) de la caja, un órgano de sujeción del motor (10) en la caja (24).
