Abstract

Un dispositivo de distribución cerrable para un envase, teniendo dicho envase una pestaña periférica saliente hacia arriba desde la tapa superior de dicho envase, teniendo dicha tapa superior una primera abertura distribuidora en la misma, comprendiendo dicho dispositivo: (a) una porción de base que tiene una superficie superior y una superficie inferior y una segunda abertura distribuidora que corresponde tanto en tamaño como en forma a dicha primera abertura distribuidora, teniendo dicha porción de base además una primera aleta en forma de U que está configurada de manera complementaria a dicha pestaña periférica saliente hacia arriba por lo que dicha aleta en forma de U recibirá fácilmente a dicha pestaña cuando dicho dispositivo es aplicado a dicha tapa superior de dicho envase; (b) una boquilla vertedora formada en una pieza dentro de dicha porción de base entre dicha segunda abertura y dicha aleta en forma de U; (c) un elemento de cierre que tiene un tapón saliente hacia abajo que está configurado de manera complementaria a ambas primera y segunda aberturas distribuidoras por lo que dichas aberturas recibirán fácilmente a dicho tapón cuando dicho dispositivo está unido a dicha tapa superior de dicho envase y dicho elemento de cierre está en su posición cerrada, estando unido dicho elemento de cierre a dicha superficie superior de dicha porción de base por una bisagra biestable; (d) medios para asegurar de manera liberable dicho tapón dentro de dichas primera y segunda aberturas distribuidoras; y (e) medios para asegurar dicho dispositivo a la tapa superior de dicho envase por lo que dicha segunda abertura de dicha porción de base coincide con dicha primera abertura distribuidora de dicha tapa superior.
