Protesis perfeccionada de osteosíntesis para el tratamiento de las fracturas del fémur, que comprende un placa (1) y un elemento de fijación (2). presentando la susodicha placa unos agujeros o taladros (8) y (9) y un agujero aterrajado (5), caracterizado en que presenta, en relación al eje del elemento d fijación (2) dos inclinaciones y siendo la inclinación del extremo de la placa, que posee el agujero aterrajado (5), inferior a la inclinación del otro extremo de la placa; correspondiendo sensiblemente la susodicha inclinación c al ángulo OC de corrección.
