Abstract

Estructura estratificada compuesta de un sustrato, una cubierta despegable y una ayuda de desprendimiento para esta, utilizable particularmente para etiquetas, pegatinas y emplastos, en la que la trabazón entre la cubierta y el sustrato permite un nuevo arranque mecánico de la cubierta por desprendimiento de ella, con una ayuda de desprendimiento para la cubierta o partes de ésta mediante cortes o líneas de rotura teórica practicados en la cubierta, estando configurada geométricamente le posición de los cortes o líneas de rotura teórica en la cubierta de modo que para cada región parcial de la cubierta a desprender, formada por los cortes o líneas de rotura teórica, existe al menos una superficie de agarre que puede ser puesta al descubierto por flexión de la estructura estratificada plana, junto con la formación de una curvatura cóncava de la superficie abierta del sustrato, cuando los al menos dos puntos de ataque de las fuerzas que generan la flexión están distribuidos sobre las regionesparciales de la cubierta de modo que las fuerzas que actúan así verticalmente desde el sustrato sobre las superficies de agarre tienen la consecuencia de que las superficies de agarre sean arrancadas del sustrato, caracterizada porque, para facilitar la puesta al descubierto de las superficies de agarre para desprender la cubierta o partes de ella, el entorno de los cortes o líneas de rotura teórica está provisto de una zona rigidizadora.
