Abstract

1. Tapa de seguridad con arillo de inviolabilidad que comprende una cápsula interior (4), provista de medios de ajuste que permite (1) que se desea cerrar, sobre la cual está colocada y fijada una cápsula exterior (cubrecápsula) (5) de forma tal que se creen respectivamente las condiciones de libertas de rotación (condición de seguridad a "child proof") o de solaridad rotacional de la cápsula exterior (5) respecto a la interior (4), en función de las diferentes posiciones axiales relativas adoptadas por una respecto a la otra, caracterizada por el hecho que comprende: asociada al borde periférico (11) de la boca de la cápsula exterior (5) que están enfrentado al recipiente (1) un arillo de inviolabilidad de primera apertura 812; estando dicho arillo (12) situado coaxialmente a la cápsula exterior (5) creando así una especie de prolongamiento que funciona como tope cuando entra en contacto con el cuerpo del recipiente (1), impidiendo así, si no es a través de la rotura del arillo(12), el desplazamiento axial de la cápsula exterior (5) respecto a la interior (4) de una posición normal de seguridad "child proof" a la de solidaridad, que permite maniobrar la cápsula interior (4), en especial girarla, accionando la cápsula exterior (5). 2. Tapa según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho que comprende medios elásticos (8) que actúan axialmente entre la cápsula interior (4) y la cápsula extrior (5) para así mantenerlas en la relativa posición axial en correspondencia con la cual se verifica la condición de libertad rotacional recíproca; estando previsto que dichos medios (8) actúen en el sentido de tender a alejar en dirección axial la cápsula exterior (5) de la interior (4), y del cuerpo del recipiente (1) en el que esta última está encajada. 3. Tapa según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho que la solidaridad rotacional entre la cápsula extrerior (5) y la interior (4) se ha obtenido mediante un engranaje que comprende una dentadura exterior (10) obtenida en la superficie cilíndrica exterior de la cápsula interior (4), y un dentadura interior (9) obtenida en una zona de la superficie cilíndrica interior de la cápsula exterior (5); estando previsto que en correspondencia con la posición axial que da plena libertad rotacional a la cápsula exterior (5) respecto a la interior (4), no se verifique ninguna condición de acoplamiento , permmaneciendo la dentadura interior (9) axialmente separada de la exterior (10) la cual permanece alojada libremente en el interior de una zona de superficie cilíndrica interior de la cápsula exterior (5) comprendida entre la dentadura inferior (9) y el borde periférico (11) de la boca al cual se encuentra asociado el arillo (12). 4. Tapa según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho que los medios de ajuste que permiten el acoplamiento de la cápsula interior (4) en la boca del recipiente (1), son del tipo roscado y comprenden un fileteado interior (6), obtenido en el interior dela cápsula interior (4) destinada a ser acoplada con su correspondencia rosca exterior (7), prevista fuera de la boca del recipiente (1). 5. Tapa de seguridad con arillo de inviolabilidad.
