Circuito termostático, constituido por un circuito puente (1), cuyas ramas están constituidas por una primera (R1) y una segunda (R2) resistencias fijas, una resistencia variable RV y una sonda S, un amplificador diferencia (4) eléctrica mente insertado sobre una diagonal de dicho puente (1), un elemento (5) de inserción o desinserción de una carga eléctrica (6) conectado a la red de alimentación; caracterizado po el hecho de que la sonda S insertada sobre una rama del puente (1) está constituida por un filamento metálico (3) puesto al vacío, dentro de una envoltura protectora(2) inoxidable y físicamente inalterable al calor.
